Little God Story in an indie singleplayer action/puzzle game running on Unreal Engine 3. It will be released on PC.

Playing a Little God, you have to fight the machines to restore the Living on the Amandhian Earth. You can change yourself into the four elements to solve puzzles and run through the machines traps.

The aim of the game is to reach a point. That is why there will be no fight in Little God Story. Action and reflexion are the two axes of the game.

Four Elements, Four Worlds, Four Artefacts. Little God has to reactivate the four Artefacts of Elements. Each of them is lost on the four worlds of the Amandhian Earth : Caherdon, the Earth World, Baaleron, the Water World, Aeven, the Air World and Maash'in Hed, the Fire World.

 

Features

Singleplayer gameplay : use your reflexion to solve puzzles, use your dexterity to run through traps

Four elements system : change yourself into the four elements, using the pros and cons of them to go to the next area.

Mechanical medieval worlds : an original world made of machines and castles. Each world will have his graphic originality.

 

Release

Little God Story will be released as an episodic release. The first reason is that I am alone on this project. Concepts, programming and mapping are a lot of stuff. So I decided to release four episodes (one episode per world).

New features will maybe be added with the new episodes. Do not hesitate to tell me your ideas for gameplay improvement.

I hope I can release the first episode in 2010. Core gameplay is still coded, a lot of models are done and the puzzles ideas were found.
